Rates and Fees

Erica's rates:

$130 per 60 minute intake session
$100 per 45 minute individual session
$120 per 45 minute couples/family session

Caterina's rates:

$75 per 60 minute intake session
$60 per 45 minute individual session
$70 per 45 minute couples/family session

Insurance

Erica is only in network with Highmark at this time.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

· Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

· Do I have out of network coverage for mental health benefits?

· What is my deductible for out of network coverage and has it been met?

· What is the coverage amount per therapy session and how much will I be reimbursed? CPT code 90834

· Is approval required from my primary care physician?
